I like that it's easy for me as an admin user to set up alerts in this tool along with our other tools such as ESG (Enterprise Security Group). This makes my job easier when monitoring all devices within one platform instead having multiple different applications! It would be great if you could create more than 1 alert per device or IP address but at least we can have single point access now which helps us monitor several servers from just ONE console/application so far no complaints here! I like that it's easy for teams with little experience in IT Security or Cybersecurity can use this product without having to hire an expert consultant. The interface could be improved so users do not have such difficulty finding what they need when searching through multiple options. It would also help if there were more training videos available since some features are difficult to understand at first glance due to lack of explanation within the program itself.
