Napkin dispenser looks a lot nicer than the tissue packs. It's also much prettier than plastic dispensers! Makes your bathroom much cleaner, smoother and better looking. The only problem is that the one I received seems to be defective. One of the two "buttons" on the underside of the plastic lid, which snaps into the bottom of the napkin dispenser and is supposed to allow the springs attached to the lid to open when pressed down, seems a little shorter than the other. This causes the lid to just slide completely off that side when the lid is pushed down instead of opening the lid.
