Amazing lens! Especially for the price. The only other comparable lens is the Canon 11-24mm, which costs about $1,000 more. The extra 1mm of focal length and slightly higher IQ aren't worth the extra cost. The best thing about this lens is the lack of distortion. Lines are straight throughout the frame, and barrel distortion is virtually non-existent. The only thing I would find fault with about this lens is that it's quite heavy. It's heavier than most lenses except for 70-200s. The processing quality is impeccable. It also has a gasket on the mount and the lens cap fits the lens very tightly. A very interesting lens, I recommend it.
