This product has worked several times for the first time. I use it to meter a hydroponic mix for jalapeno and habanero plants. Then I noticed that my plants look different. I zeroed in the small spice container I always use and then measured out 2.4 grams of the 4-18-38 tomato and vegetable mix. As soon as I hit 2.4 I went to get a container of water, when I came back the digital readout was 1.98 and I started losing weight. I started again, only much slower this time. As I emptied my spice jar it also started to decrease and as I added herbal blend it increased and decreased. I changed the batteries but that didn't help at all. Eventually this product lost its integrity and with it its trust and I started burning my plants because of the trust I placed in your product.
