Although it was too big for a popper, cutting and painting a piece of 3/8 plywood was no problem. In fact, it is less heavy than the smaller wagon. There were no instructions in the kit, but it was clear which screws went where. If you still have instructions for the popper, I think they include a basket. In general I was happy.

Bought this popcorn maker and cart for my niece as a gift. She loved it and said it works great. She makes all kinds of flavored popcorn. This Christmas, friends and family will receive popcorn from her as a gift. All her friends order their favourites. It's really nice to buy a gift for someone so excited. She's an adult who has it all, which is why I didn't expect it to be such a hit.

So this AMAZING box comes with a disassembled trolley. Good package of bolts and nuts, washers and screws. And NO instructions! strange. Assembly was reasonable, but quite a hassle without the socket wrenches (there are two small wrenches supplied that you could use). It will be VERY beautiful when finished. Make sure you have a LARGE popcorn maker - mine turned out to be bigger than the small one but not the right size - I made a base for it as it's such a cool cart.
