The team is very responsive, always willing listen & learn from our needs as they change over time (we're still working with them). I like how easy it was for us - an IT shop of 10 people or less-to fully integrate their product into ours without any customization required at all by ourselves after implementation began due to great communication between both teams throughout this process so far.- Easy integration/migration path once we were able get past initial hurdles that came up during testing phase when first implementingMarketEc's support has been outstanding since day 1!!
