Excellent partner in migrating legacy system

The team is very responsive, always willing listen & learn from our needs as they change over time (we're still working with them). I like how easy it was for us - an IT shop of 10 people or less-to fully integrate their product into ours without any customization required at all by ourselves after implementation began due to great communication between both teams throughout this process so far.- Easy integration/migration path once we were able get past initial hurdles that came up during…

Great Product & Excellent Customer Service

The best thing about Marketecs is that they are very responsive and have great customer service. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the product. I would like to see more in depth training on the product. The training that they offer is great but I would like to see more training on the product. I would highly recommend Marketecs to anyone looking for a great product. We are able to use Marketecs to keep track of our work orders and our…
