I knew reading previous reviews that installation was going to be tricky and it was and this case is definitely not a case you can take off and on. But the protection it provides is amazing and I'm also able to set my phone face down without the screen touching/scratching. The only issue I had was with the nubs that protect the charge port and headphone jack. They were so tough and stiff that I was afraid they were going to bend my charge cord and headphone plugin. I cut those off and it has been 10x easier to charge. If you use wireless charging, then this won't really be an issue for you. That's the only reason why I'm giving it a 4/5
