Straps don't stay tight. Not safe.
The strap doesn't stay tight. It doesn't hold up 25 lbs above water like it states it will. Waste of money. Not safe. That's my review.
- My grandchildren loved the cute designs. I loved the quality and how well they fit and worked for them.
- The vest may not fit all children properly, leaving some at risk of falling out of the vest
