I had to buy this for school and it has caused me so much trouble. I used a Windows PC because it doesn't work for Mac. I had 2 hours to complete the test, which had to be monitored with a webcam. and I couldn't use the built in webcam because I had to remove the webcam, show my surroundings and show my computer screen and keyboard. For some reason it was connected but would not connect to my computer no matter how hard I tried. it required me to restart my laptop etc, still nothing. He kept saying I need a detachable webcam and mine isn't supported. So this worked on the first test and failed on the second for me. I ended up deducting points for not having a detachable webcam, even though I did have one. and I had to complete a two-hour test in 15 minutes. Thanks to this piece of shit. Well, the quality of the camera was bad. was very late. and I had to show my ID to prove it was me and it will not focus on my ID. So my professor took deductions on my first test because she said she couldn't see me clearly, so she couldn't tell if I was cheating.
