These were the least expensive lanterns I found on Walmart that were rechargeable, bright, and had a hi/lo setting. They are reasonably sturdy - all plastic, so it's a weight vs heft issue - if they used heavier castings or aluminum they'd also weigh more - which would be fine if you're a car camper or you want to keep them in the house for emergency use - but might be a deal breaker for backwoods camping. They are pretty feature rich - flashlight and lantern, multiple settings, red blinker light for distress, capable of charging a cell phone. Quite bright, and the frosted lens cast an even light. The stuff bag is handy as it would be easy to lose the hanger clip or charging cable (no onboard storage), and should keep them reasonably scuff-free during storage and transport. Put them on a charger upon receipt (they worked, but pre-charging is recommended) and they topped up in about 4 hours. Haven't run one down yet, but I expect they last for several hours based on the battery capacity. For the price and occasional use, they seem very good.
