Very happy and satisfied customer thus far

The support team has been very helpful in addressing our needs for training purposes as well as technical issues related to the software we use daily at work! I have no complaints or dislikes about this vendor so far; however, if you are looking specifically into customizing an application then look elsewhere because their customization services do not go beyond what they offer out of box with applications such as SharePoint Online (SPO). If your organization wants some help building/maintaining solutions using cloud-based SaaS products like SPO than Bek can definitely assist by providing expertise where it's needed most - Training &amp Support / Onboarding new hires. We're working together closely towards bringing more efficiencies to how we operate within my department which includes reporting back status updates from other departments who may be remote but also need access when necessary via web meetings.

  • It truly takes them only 3 minutes per ticket submitted versus weeks worth time spent trying figure things ourselves before reaching someone else.
