Review on πŸ“Š Advanced eufy Smart Scale: Bluetooth Body Fat Scale for Comprehensive Fitness Analysis, 12 Measurements, Dual Color Options (Black/White), lbs/kg by Molly Carlson

Does its job and a little bit more.

My wife and I have been on the Whole30 diet (they say it's not a diet but it seems like it is). Although Whole30 encourages you not to weigh yourself every day, I love seeing the results. I also had a Fitbit Aria that got a little unpredictable after a few years, so I decided to give Eufy BodySense a try. It only takes a second or two to determine how much you weigh, which is great. It also gives you scores for a range of things including your BMI, BMR, water weight, lean body mass, bone mass, visceral fat and more, with some tags telling you if those numbers are high, low or too high. (I'll take those numbers with a grain of salt, but they're good numbers nonetheless.) For anything other than weight, including logging, you'll need to have your smartphone with you and the app installed and running when you jump. Scale. It's a kind of pain. Even as you navigate through the app, there are only a few measurements you can see on the chart for the last week. I wish they would update this so you can view all your measurements for any time period (e.g. week, month, year). However, I still plan on using it every day while it lasts. At $50, it's not a cheap device, but you get plenty of features to offset the cost.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Sun-Sun
