Review on Zeus Time & Attendance by Andre Belitz

It's easy enough that our staff uses it without needing training! The ability to customize reports has been very useful in determining where we need improvement as well as being able to see trends over time. I dislike how some of my colleagues think they know everything when really all they do is complain about their own situation/employer rather than help others solve problems or share knowledge (which would make them more valuable). They are also not willing to take ownership if there was an issue with something within this software which could have been solved by taking responsibility themselves instead of blaming someone else like other companies tend too. We use Zeus primarily because its user friendly but it does require you learn what each button means so don't expect anyone who doesn't work here to pick up quickly right away. This allows us to manage employee hours fairly easily while keeping track of attendance and leave balances.
