I like that it allows me to see what my users are doing with their accounts and if they've been compromised. It has helped us to reduce our risk of having an account hacked or used by someone else for nefarious purposes. As far as issues go, you can't change passwords so there is some overhead associated with this tool. If you need something easy to use then consider another product. We are using OBSERVE IT on behalf of the security team at work. We're solving problems such as preventing password reuse, detecting phishing emails, monitoring suspicious activity, etc. The benefits we have realized include better security practices, increased productivity when dealing with incident investigations, faster response times, reduced downtime due to attacks, and improved customer services (we provide 24/7 support).
