Excellent Service; User Friendly Products

The customer support from Teramind is fantastic. They are always willing to help, and I never feel like I'm being ignored. The product is easy to use and is extremely reliable. The only thing I dislike is the lack of a mobile app. I feel like this would make it much easier to use. The service is excellent and the support is great. The customer service and support is great. Teramind's Communication tool helps keep everyone organized

They are very helpful for tracking all of my emails that I send out as well as keeping track or looking back at any communication with other employees/customers etc they have made this process easy! It would be nice if there was an option where you could also view it later after being sent instead of having everything emailed directly from them but otherwise so far no complaints about their product yet!! Great option to use instead using different software and various applications

I like that it is easy for me as an administrator or manager of our organization because everything can be done via one web portal! This has been really helpful when we need someone who works remotely from time periods where they may not have internet accessibility at times (which makes sense). Also this product does work with any device including smartphones - so no extra equipment needs required which saves money/resources etc.- The cost could possibly lower some but its worth comparing costs
