The customer support from Teramind is fantastic. They are always willing to help, and I never feel like I'm being ignored. The product is easy to use and is extremely reliable. The only thing I dislike is the lack of a mobile app. I feel like this would make it much easier to use. The service is excellent and the support is great. The customer service and support is great. Teramind has made it easy to track the activities of my employees and has helped to identify potential threats that could be avoided.
