Review on πŸ”₯ Conair INFINITIPRO Wet/Dry Hot Air Brush Styler by Stephanie Miller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best hot air styling tool I have

I was reviewing another hot air styling tool and it reminded me that I have never reviewed this hot air comb even though it has been my favorite styling brush for almost 11 years is (Yes, it took that long). This was the second purchase in August 2008 of the same product that I had at home. The first one didn't break, my dad was renovating the house and it was covered in rubble which I threw away for safety. This little brush works just as well in 2019 as it did in 2008. I've had it at least 3 times in 11 years and survived all moves. I use the highest heat on my thick, coarse, wavy hair and can usually finish straightening and styling my hair from wet to dry in about 15 minutes. I only gave it 3 stars for travel due to its size and encumbrance. I'm a light traveler, it takes up as much space as a pair of flat shoes, so I don't usually take it with me when I travel. There was one case when I brought it to Hong Kong on vacation, and even with a voltage converter, the brush just started up and abruptly turned off. It worked fine after I sent it back to the US. Due to space requirements and the fact that it might not work abroad, I never traveled again. That doesn't change the fact that it remains my favorite hair dryer and styler. Last year when I was on vacation (didn't bring my hair styling tools and didn't like the hotel shampoo) I spent up to $200 on the gap between the cost of the service and the tip. When I spoke to my stylist, after I told her about it, she told me about her favorite Conair tool. We both agreed that some mainstream brands like these, which you can easily buy online and even at some local pharmacies, work much better than popular new high-tech brands that cost hundreds of dollars at beauty supply stores. So if you decide to make this purchase, buy it, you won't regret it.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
