It has helped our business to automate all tasks done manually in document management. The dashboard gives us clear view of documents that are waiting or submitted with status updates so we do not need an admin team member checking everything every time which is really helpful. Easy access via web interface is what I like most about it. Sometimes when you have too many pending items there might be some issues getting through but otherwise no complaints at this stage. We managed paperwork by implementing different stages where each person could upload relevant info about his/her own file then other users would view them using dashboards. With automated system we saved lot more than just saving money. For me as non technical user its very easy managing workflow within one platform without having any manual intervention. I like that it is very easy to use and has many features. It's also very intuitive. I dislike how sometimes you have to restart your computer in order for the software to recognize the new file format. I would recommend this software to anyone who needs an automated document management system. This software meets my needs perfectly. I am able to store, organize, track, and manage documents with ease. I can easily find files when needed. This software helps me keep track of important documents.
