Also, the manufacturer's support really can't be relied on - I made two calls on two different days during business hours and both times I was put through to voicemail. You never called me back. Fortunately, I was able to solve my problem myself (see "Third" below). Update May 2014: I have found that the included zip tie securing the flow meter to the fill tube has broken on all three of my installations, the last of which I did just last year. I believe the rubber o-ring around the filler tube is still holding the seal so I don't think it's a major fault, but be aware that on initial installation you can replace the included zip tie with a stronger one You buy yourself. Update December 2014: In the interests of full disclosure, since this review is getting so much attention, one of my rigs failed after about 26 months. My other two still work and I'm guessing it wasn't a hardware defect. We had one of these - Kaboom with OxiClean Scrub Free! I think what happened is that the cleaning solution in the tank ate the inner seal in the flush valve, which is what happens. The fault was minor, it dripped very slowly, but every time it dripped there was a loud ping that echoed throughout the house. I couldn't fix it by tampering with the valve so I had to leave.
