Review on Hireink by Justin Castro

I like how it's very user friendly for applicants who have never used anything in this space before! It is also super intuitive when looking at resumes or screening candidates from other systems that they may not be familiar with yet (such as LinkedIn).

There are some features within their platform we haven't gotten around too well but overall its been good so far - especially if there isn’t any training involved since many of our users come directly out-of college into new positions where no one has ever taught them about what needs to happen next after uploading files/screening applications etc., This tool helps save time by being able to preform these functions without having someone else do all workflows manually beforehand which would add more steps than necessary during onboardings.
