My husband and I recently bought a two story house. We've made many updates and replacing the lighting fixtures is one of them. We have a pellet stove in the basement so we installed a ceiling fan in the stairwell to keep the room warm. The ceiling fan has short poles, but since it was in our stairwell, I couldn't reach it. I had to climb up the handrails to turn the light or fan on or off. Since you'll mostly see the ceiling fan from our living room (living room green), I wanted something that would catch the light from our front door window and match the color of our living room. It couldn't be more perfect. They're a lovely green color to match our living room, catch the sunlight beautifully and are super easy to install! I brought my 6ft 4in husband to this because he could reach without a problem. And they hang over the railing so as not to hit anyone in the head. I love how simple yet classy they look. Would 100% buy again. Also, they came with extra links in a cute box and shipped very quickly.
