I can't comment on how well they work because I just installed one on 4/23/21 but it looks like a direct replacement for my Suburban Hot water heater in my 2010 Keystone Springdale trailer. Some people have complained about the installation instructions, but this is about as easy as it gets. Very easy. However, the seller emailed me (without asking for help) with more information including where to find the installation video. So thank you for the good customer service. The product looks good and teflon tape was included.
