Decent shave and hair removal

I wasn't sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars. Machine, shipping and scope of delivery receive 5 stars. The problem for me is the wax. It removes 75-85% of your hair depending on what you are depilating. I wasn't happy with the result of my armpits and brows (one came out fine and one didn't). I want to remind you that I'm a beautician so I know what I'm doing. I will buy the best wax. Otherwise it was a good buy.
