It has been easy to use, effective for my business goals (eclipse event promotion), and most importantly it saves me time! I never have to remember anything with later once saved in favorites or lists of things that are important to our organization because everything is available there 24/7 even after posting them away from their home app until they’re ready do remove them out if not actively using. So far so good though no complaints but maybe try different ways like text messages notifications etc. To reach people around us at any given moment without wasting money we get all new followers through this tool which helps grow your fan page quickly. I like that it gives me lots of options when creating content, whether it be photos or videos. I don't really like that you can't edit your posts before they go live, so if there are minor errors in them, people won't know until later. It is great for businesses to use to help boost their engagement! I use it to connect with my customers and show them how much I love their products/services.
