Not just small - ridiculously small!
. My daughter wears size 12 booties so we ordered size XXS which is US size 13-1. You won't even last! Yes it says to order a size up because they are a snug fit but it was a full size and they are still too small. Another pair of water socks went back to Revain - we just can't find one that fits AND what she likes wearing them.
