Great little scanner

We have been using this scanner in our clinic for 3 years and it has been a workhorse. It recently stopped working and we contacted support and they responded very quickly. The product is out of warranty, but they offered to exchange the card reader for a new one at a reduced price. Now the new scanner is installed and working. Thank you Bicard readers! We will definitely buy again based on the quality of customer service.
