Just right for a men's pendant/chain!
This was the perfect gift for my son in law. I bought a thick stainless steel chain and couldn't find anything that included the chain and the atocha coin pendant. This clip was the perfect size and style for the chain I purchased. It was difficult to close it, I had to use pliers. But I put a thin fabric over the hanger to protect it from damage when pinched. The difficulty in closing gives me a good feeling that the deposit is durable. I just wish I could buy just one or two of these. Now I have a bunch of them. Guess I'm doomed to live with stainless steel railings haha.
