I bought these seat belt pads because the seat belts in my pickup truck tend to dig into me when I'm just wearing a shirt. They're a little stiff and thick but break in well and definitely keep the edge of the shoulder strap from rubbing against my neck. They fit snugly on the Velcro straps and slide up and down for a comfortable fit and stay in place. To me they are value for money and I would recommend them to anyone having the same seat belt problem. One note: you need to take it off when wearing a coat, it can get bulky in it, but they are easy enough to remove.
