I have so many DVD movies I still have a DVD player under my TV. I bought this portable DVD player because I have a high school son who watches movies on Netflix, but there are so many good movies that aren't on Netflix and I have them on DVD. This way he can watch part of our DVD collection from his room without fear of being disturbed by his younger siblings. WHAT I LIKE: [+] 14.1 inch LCD screen with perfect resolution for DVD movies (because DVDs don't support high resolution)[+] LCD screen folds flat to take with you on trips[+] The LCD screen can be rotated, rotated, adjusted for the best viewing angles and even folded horizontally when you unplug to move it to another room[+] Built in 2 speakers great sound[+] Comes with a car charger with cigarette lighter adapter making it really portable on the go[+] Jack for headphone jack, AV -Output/-Input and additional controls on the side[ +] remote control! ki stop. The remote has a stop button, although [-] couldn't figure out how to use the game controls or the USB port. CONCLUSION: 5 out of 5 stars. Although I don't know how to use game controls or watch movies from a USB drive, I was able to watch DivX, SVCD and MPEG4 movies from a data DVD burned from my PC. It also plays DVD movies flawlessly with no issues, so it basically does what it was designed to do. I would highly recommend this portable DVD player to anyone who, like me, still has a large DVD collection or has young children who need something to keep them occupied while traveling.
