I use it to shape the blades of a shaper.

I bought this wheel to use with my grinder to shape very tight curves on shapers. He does it. My grinder has a 1/2" mandrel and the wheel has a 7/8" bore so I made a hub by turning out a 1/2" nylon washer. It works fine and now is the wheel I want Washing machines can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot.
