The charger works great and holds my phone well. The hand is quite weak, although it does give quite a bit, resulting in the hinge holding the phone pointing downwards, making it difficult to determine direction. When I try to set the phone or even use it in the grips, I keep pressing the buttons on the side - I say "press", but a slight breeze causes these grips to open - the grips open and my phone flies out the handles and shoots at my knees or on the floor. This has resulted in serious driving hazards. While I recommend this product, I strongly recommend paying close attention to how you use it when holding your charger.
