2006 F250 6.0L Powerstroke
Installed on my 6.0L. I have the Diesel Blue Spring Sinister mod so it has the "sinister" signature block. This was difficult to install due to the creepy block, the block eventually made it impossible to insert a wrench or socket into this adapter to screw it into the fuel tank. I wrapped it in a thick layer of sealing tape and screwed it in as deep as possible. A year and a half later (driving daily) and not a single leak!
