Review on Sewing machine Necchi 1000 by Agata Roguska ᠌

I really wanted a sewing machine, I was looking for it for a long time, I read reviews. Bought! Even the threads are already inserted. White. I checked, everything is sewing, it does not pull anywhere. But I needed to sew with threads of a different color. Changed, refueled according to the instructions, even found a video. Checked everything 100 times. Stitches see 25 and the thread breaks. All returned back. And thread back. Still tearing and confused. I'm tired! Is it possible to carry it to a repair shop ?! I bought a month ago, and sat down to sew 2 weeks ago. I am disappointed. And knocks like a tractor.
