I installed a 140mm chimney just above the coils in my motorhome. When camping in 90-100+ degrees it was almost impossible to keep the fridge at a safe temperature (42 or below). The temp was over 90 last week and the fridge was over 30. I have a Norcold and leave it on 3 and the exhaust fan on half. During the installation I also took the opportunity to add a styrofoam lined insulation board to the chimney to remove some of the airflow restrictions. As other reviewers have said, this should be a standard item in all RV builds. In addition, the noise is almost inaudible even at full power. Installation can be tricky depending on setup and convenience.
