I was excited about this new office chair but was quickly disappointed. The chair wasn't that easy to assemble; it took 2 people and even with that hands were difficult to align and screw in. Although the chair's height is adjustable, its maximum height is still fairly low (I'm 5ft 7in). Eventually within the first week of use the chair started making quite a loud noise with every movement. I thought about spraying some WD40 on the hydraulics to see if that helps but when I got it it was already oiled.
