I expected a wide angle lens to improve video capture on the iPhone but it didn't improve the video quality other than just letting you fit the scene more, I don't think so that a lens is needed. One thing that really freaked me out was that the package came with a web key that looks like a USB stick and is marked as a tutorial video inside, but it is NOT a USB stick and doesn't contain any video files. When I plugged in the USB drive it ran a command on the computer, I couldn't figure out what the command was but it could be something like deleting my files from my computer or installing a virus on my computer. This is dangerous from a computer security perspective; Therefore, do not expose your computer to any potential virus.
