The fact it's able of tracking all my website visits within 1 account.It has great reporting option in terms of statistics reports as well other tools needed for monitoring campaigns.The interface could be more clear about some options which are not obvious.Also i would like having better integration with Google Analytics so we can have cross product usage analytics but this will take time since they don't want 3rd party software doing their job (but possible).We track our customers' web traffic behavior over different products/services from multiple websites across several countries by analyzing data collected through cookies, IP addresses or browser information etc.

This helps us understand customer interest patterns while improving user journeys throughout various channels such as email marketing emails, social media advertising posts, landing pages and ecommerce sites.
