Having a Bad Time with AutoEC

I had high hopes for AutoEC's web store as an expert user in the automotive and RV industries. My time spent at their store, however, was less than satisfying. First of all, it's hard to find what you're looking for because the website's interface is disorganized and unclear. It took me a long time to find what I was looking for. Second, even though they said they got their supplies from well-known companies, I was disappointed with the quality. A week into using the RV component I bought, it broke, and the car accessory I received didn't even work with my make and model. Moreover, their customer support was inattentive and unhelpful when I contacted them to request a refund. Even after persistently following up via email and phone, we were slow to hear back. Shipping was sluggish, thus my package didn't arrive until many days after the estimated date. In conclusion, I would not suggest AutoEC based on my own experience. To compete in the automobile and RV industries, they need to enhance the usability of their website, find better suppliers, and boost their customer service.
