Well-made knee orthosis stabilizes the patella
This orthosis stabilizes the knee surprisingly well if the patella is bad. It's durable, I've been wearing it to work for many months now and it still works great. If it's dirty I hand wash it, it dries overnight and is ready to use the next day. This size is good for big knees. I have tried using a full knee brace and it just irritated my knee, it works well to stabilize the patel and allow it to heal.
