I used this vacuum sparingly for about 2.5 months to clean my car when it got dirty and in the middle of using it just stopped working and wouldn't turn on. since. Waste of money for the benefit I got from it. UPDATE: Julia from ThisWorx got back to me and sent me a new replacement model free of charge and I didn't even have to return the apparently defective model. After receiving it I saw that it still didn't work and decided there was something wrong with the machine. Yesterday when I was changing the oil I mentioned to my service representative that the 12 volt outlet stopped working while I was using the vacuum but I had already replaced the fuse and it still didn't work. He did a little digging and replaced another fuse that neither of us thought to change and it worked like clockwork again. Bottom line: Great customer service, but be aware that these devices can and do burn out in your car. It might seem scary and daunting if you don't know what that means, but it's just as common as the common cold. It's an easy $1-$3 fix, and if you take your car to a dealership or auto zone, they'll do it for you, maybe for free.
