This mop was well designed but not properly assembled. On the wringing side of the mop, he just rips the pad off the mop. On closer inspection you can clearly see that it wasn't done right, it was a clear piece of plastic with a smooth edge and a sharper edge to drain the water. This piece of plastic was installed incorrectly by the manufacturer, causing the squeegee head to hang when trying to drain water because the sharper edge is pointing up instead of down. Also, there is no way around this problem as a spring is employed to facilitate this operation. This spring can only be attached to one area to function properly. TLDR: Mismanufactured item, do not purchase.
