Just the right bag for my '09 Kawasaki ZG1400. I have one of the Norton Commando's Chase Harper rear rail bags, which this bag was designed after, and it turned out to be well made and the right size for tools and binders. It's not big enough to get in the way of the Kawasaki, and it comes with a spare set of gloves, hat, paperwork and all. I recently rode in the rain on a 4000km ride and the contents stayed dry but I'm not sure how it would handle an all day rain ride. Mesh pockets on both sides are very handy for charging cables, earplugs and the like. The ZG1400 has a plastic compartment on the front of the tank so the front magnet wasn't effective, but between the strap and the rear magnets it stayed in place even at high speeds. It also slipped away easily to fill.
