The chairs arrived and when we started to put them together there were missing parts and the holes did not align with the parts for screws. We notified Ebay and the seller of the problem and requested a refund. They forwarded instructions for the refund with labels and barcodes on the forms. We took the documents to the post office to return the items and we were informed we would have to pay return shipping costs for a defective product. I contacted the seller upon return from the post office. We were informed we are required by Ivinta to send photos to their company technicians to approve the return. At this point we are beyond dissatisfied with the product and customer service. Do not buy these chairs and do not do business with Ivinta. I have elevated our refund request again to Ebay seeking their support and guidance.
