When my dog's back sags, he can't jump into his chair, sofa or king bed (which he kindly lets me sleep on). He does NOT like the ramp (it also takes up a lot of space) and the hard plastic stairs are too steep and unnatural for him to use. He/I got desperate and spent $$$ on them - and they are awesome! He fell in love with them straight away - they're lightweight and not slippery, they're easy to move from room to room, and they work well with a wide variety of furniture. He weighs 25 pounds but they also fit his 8 pound friend so I think a variety of dogs can use them. Great design, high quality materials and functionality!
