I was looking for a laptop on the website, but it turned out that they did not have it in stock. Instead, they suggested that I check out the local Amazon store. A distinct disadvantage associated with the amazon itself. I went into the store and told the clerk that the RAM is actually different, and that you have not indicated anywhere that you will lose 2 GB for the video card. In response, they told me that it was my responsibility to take this into consideration. Even though I have a lot of experience using computers, I didn't feel like checking over all of the material that you had written on the pages of your website. You are deceiving your customers by doing this. My request for a refund or an exchange for another laptop using my surcharge was not honored, which is a disappointing development. I won't go back to amazon. Laptop 3 stars, Amazon 1 star.
