Benefits: Soft, flexible silicone eases installation and disassembly - Light color eases the installation to be found under the hood Bad: the color is more like a real red and not as bright as in the picture. Summary: I bought this to replace some of the vacuum lines on my 1995 Ranger STX. I am very satisfied with the product and look forward to many years of use. I'll try to give an update in a few years to see how it holds up. The photo I have included is intended to show the difference between this color of hose and the smaller "Autobahn 88" hose that I purchased. The smaller hose is definitely a lighter/neon color, which is what I expected from this hose.
