Don't stay connected. Fossil's customer service is the worst!

I took advantage of the $100 Summer Sale and bought a Garrett for myself and Julianna for my wife. Your watch will charge normally and have no obvious problems. Mine doesn't stay connected, I bought charging accessories and a $40 dock stand and I have to constantly move the charging cable or move the watch on the dock multiple times just to find a place to keep it charged. . This is not the case and usually turns itself off within a few seconds to minutes. Customer support was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I had a rep tell me that since I bought it from Revain it needs to be returned there. 3 months after purchase and fully out of the returns window. SMDH. The support staff are unaware of the company's repair/replacement policy and provide very poor support. I like the watch, but the charging disk is defective or the magnet is not strong enough to hold the charge. I don't have to keep reconnecting my smartphone to the charger, nor do I have to do the same with my smartwatch. This continues, I email their support every day and the rep only emails once a day which is wasting my time. I've been trying to get a replacement or return slip for repair for 10 days now. I will probably never buy a Fossil watch again.
