Purchased in April. Used a few days in spring. Dashed about 5 hours in October. Connected today and NOTHING. The red light doesn't come on at all. Tried this outlet with a lamp and this outlet works. Checked that the unit is level on the floor and level; it was. Tried another outlet, NOTHING. Aside from that obvious malfunction, it's noisier than my other brand of heater. I read reviews that it just stopped working before I bought it, but it's true. I thought . . . That won't happen to me." I'm trying to get warranty service and it seems confusing because it says contact Black & Decker.
