Great first impression overall. I like the plastic sleeve they come in. The material is very soft and flexible. I have to say I'm so impressed that when I put on a skull print it actually fits my face. This NEVER happens with cheap brands. I went ice skating with the skull pattern the same night and it did a good job of protecting the lower face and neck from the cold wind. It was comfortable and just the right mix of stretch and density to keep it in place. Plus, I felt comfortable even over my beard (big win). I remember thinking it would be great to have this mask in a thicker version for very cold weather, but that's about it.
